Northstar Builders, Inc. is a licensed and insured general contractor in the state of Utah and our team holds a variety of accreditations from a bachelor's in construction and engineering to a master's in real estate development from the University of Utah and Georgetown.

Where is Northstar geographically focused?

Northstar builds and develops throughout the Salt Lake Valley and Park City, with a focus on Salt Lake Proper, Holladay, and Park City.  Since 2005, we have built over 250 residential custom homes, and since 2016 have developed and built over 20 medical/dental facilities throughout Utah. Our commercial developments have recently also extended into Murray, Taylorsville, Draper, Alpine, Daybreak, Farmington, and Heber. We do not build outside of northern Utah at this point.
